Services Provided:

 1.  Review and investigate medical related cases for merit.

2.  Summarize, translate, and interpret medical records, and identify factors that caused 

     or contributed to alleged damages/injuries.

3.  Define applicable Standards of Care, and deviations from adherence to the

     Standards of Care.

4.  Identify and review relevant facility Policies and Procedures, other essential

     documents and tangible items.

 5.  Locate and interface with Testifying Experts.

 6.  Serve as liaison between attorney and healthcare providers, testifying experts,

     parties, witnesses, other consultants and service providers.

 7.  Analyze and compare expert witness reports and other work products.

 8.  Conduct literature search and integrate the literature and Standards/Guidelines

     into case analysis.

 9.  Assist in exhibit preparation.

 10. Prepare interrogatories.

 11. Attend and evaluate Independent Medical Exams.

 12. Prepare deposition or trial examination (cross or direct) questions.

 13. When relevant, attend dispositions, trials, review panels, and arbitration and

      mediation hearings.
